About the Mares

In 2004, Red Wing Acre's started with a mature mare, Lars Lace and a weanling filly, Missi's Lace, who have both earned their blue ribbons in conformation at the Moses Lake Washington evaluations in August 2007. In December 2005 we purchased BlueBird Lane Myrrikse from Lori Albrough. We at Red Wing Acre's Norwegian Fjords are very proud and grateful that Lori Albrough and Stepahan Vorkoetter let us purchase such a wonderful filly for our breeding program. In the summer of 2006 we purchased FPF Andi Falkspyd from Peggy Spear of Marshall Wisconsin. We'd like to thank Peggy for allowing us to purchase this lovely filly and have high hopes for her future. FPF Andi Falkspyd's dam is Bluebird Lane Sparrow who's sire is Gjest 3.pr and dam Cindi 1. primie and sire is Fair Acres Ole.
